【Features and Advantages of the Equipment】：
Water boiling principle is applied, and the quality of vermicelli is good. The machine is specially equipped with double-layer water tank, adopting water bath principle. The vermicelli is boiled in 100 centigrade water in the course of shaping, the principle of which is completely same to the manual made vermicelli and does not damage the molecule structure. Therefore, the vermicelli keeps same quality with the manual made one or gets better quality, natural flavor and boiling resistant degree.
It is energy-saving with high efficiency and diverse heating modes. The equipment is furnished with a new type boiler specially designed by our factory, which has unique construction and high heating efficiency. The machine can process 100-150kg vermicelli per hour, but coal consumption is less than 3 kg (coal fuel type); the electrically heating type adopts automatic temperature control device to ensure stable temperature during processing vermicelli and the consistence of the vermicelli quality.
The machine is multifunctional and has wide applications. The equipment is able to used to produce vermicelli of pure sweet potatoes, potatoes, pure corns, and wheat, and also can produce vermicelli by mixing beans, potatoes, corns starches according to different proportions so as to continuously adjust assortments and specifications of the products according to market demand, acquire balance income, and protect interests of the investors to the maximum extent.
The machine saves labors and is easily operated. The production technology of the machine is simple, which only requires mixing starch and water in proportion. The physical work intensity is small, and 1-2 persons, after simple training, can operate it.
Wet starch may be used for production. It is unnecessary to dry the wet starch, and the quality of starch and vermicelli is ensured.
